Shipping?
TMBB uses USPS as our shipping courier. All shipping prices are automatically determined by USPS (United States Postal Service).
After placing an order, standard processing and handling times for TMBB are 3-5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. This does not include the shipping couriers delivery time.
Once your order has been processed, and sent to our courier, you will be notified via email with your tracking number!
Refunds?
All of our products are made to order and natural. We do not accept orders back. All damaged orders need to be reported within 3 days of receiving the order! If something occurred that wasn't to your standards please don't hesitate to reach out! We will be glad to assist!
